Director of Development

Seeking a remote, part-time Development Consultant interested in human rights-focused work addressing human trafficking prevention and response. The individual will provide strategic direction, planning, and implementation for a comprehensive Development Program for AEHT. Duties will include creation of a short- and long-term Development Plan, leading and expanding major fundraising campaigns, and the development and implementation of a membership growth and retention program. The position is a fractional or flextime role with some time-specified expectations around identified meetings/events. The Director is a skilled Development professional, with a track record of leading successful development programs/initiatives with proven success in meeting financial goals. This individual is an organized, independent worker with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and a history of meeting goals and deadlines in a flex-time environment. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and is contracted at 20 hours per week at a rate of $50K per year.

 

Alliance to End Human Trafficking is a collaborative, faith-based national network that offers education, supports access to survivor services, and engages in advocacy to eradicate human trafficking.
