Join The Alliance To End Human Trafficking Program Director Christine Commerce and Sister Pat McDonald, OP, for a FREE training on Feb. 5 at 9:30 a.m. on how to be a more dynamic speaker. Learn more about the Alliance and how human trafficking is directly interlinked with Catholic Social Teaching. In addition, tips and best practices on how to engage your audiences effectively and speak with authority and conviction will be covered.

This three-hour training will take place at the BWI Airport Marriott, 1743 W. Nursery Road, Linthicum, MD, and will offer an opportunity to join the Speaker’s Network with the Alliance and become part of a movement to educate and empower others to take action to Help End Human Trafficking! Session Facilitators

Sr. Pat McDonald, OP

Sr. Pat McDonald, OP, has presented on four continents and in 23 countries around the world. She has taught graduate courses for over 10 years in Dublin, Ireland and the United States. Sr. Pat has delivered presentations to businesses, hospitals, educational settings and mental health organizations; given many talks on human trafficking to agencies, mental health employees, educators and church groups.

Christine Commerce

Christine Commerce worked in the non-profit world with volunteer management, education and outreach, marketing, and public relations for 16 years before joining the Alliance. She most recently served as coordinator of the Diocese of Orlando Human Trafficking Task Force, which had received the Polaris Star Award for its education efforts. In addition, she has participated in several Human Trafficking training conferences and presentations since she began her work in this field seven years ago.
